  I have seen a second Oncologist. He was worst than the first one. He treated me as though I wanted to have Cancer. He first agreed with the first one and said it was a Infection. Then he saw the Scan that ruled out Infection, and still agreed with the first one. He did his blood work, changed his mind to Inflammation.   I went to see my second Oncologist a couple of weeks ago. I only went back to get the results of the blood work he did. We could tell at my first visit that he did not seem to care. He would not give me a copy, but said he would mail me a copy and send my GP a copy.   He was a good Country Doc and retired as A Colonel in the Air Force Reserves. He was a flight surgeon. He had a lot of respect rom all of the doctors he would send me to. He died from Cancer, no one knew he had it, and he worked until the end. He refused treatment.

  They made it a big deal when they came up with the PSA test. Mine has always been normal, I am 61 and never have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I have had friends that found out they had Prostate Cancer because of the PSA test. It is like everything else, you don't know what to believe. I had complete trust in my doctor of 31 years. Since he has passed away, I have no trust in any doctor....

  I asked you about the PSA test, because doctors now say that no man should ever have it done. They say all Cancer's should not be treated. I read that in Time Magazine at the doctors office.   I do not recall that I said  all doctors had all the answers. I believe that I said if a doctor can not answer my questions, I find one that can. I believe in eating right and I take supplements because I have Kidney Disease. Those supplements were ordered by a Nephrologist. My Cardiologist tells me to take Fish oil, which I do.   Hey Susan, I talked to Cigna today. For some reason my new GP did not think he could order a bone marrow biopsy unless a Oncologist told him I needed to have it done. He had told me that the insurance would not pay for it. Cigna answered by email that it did not matter who ordered it, as long as they could prove it was medically necessary.
