      I had massive hemorrhaging and went to the ER and a week later, the pathology report came back as ESS.  I had a TAH hysterectomy a week later and thought that was it.  When path came back from surgery, they said it was Low Grade, Estrogen Sensitive, Stage 2B - because they found some cells in the wash outside of my uterus.  I wouldn't have had radiation otherwise.  I went through 25 treatment...

        I had very irregular periods, maybe 1 or 2 a year and was told to take Progesterone (which I wasn't really good at).  5 months before my diagnosis, I had a very bad period which stomach and back cramps so bad it made me nauseous.  3 months later I got another period that was so heavy it was frightening.  2 months later I got another period but noticed the tampon was empty when I changed it, but then I'...

          Hi Everyone, I was diagnosed 2 years ago at 33 yrs. old with Low Grade ESS.  After my total hysterectomy they discovered I was at Stage 2B.  Because it was higher than Stage 1, I had 25 radiation treatments and Brachytherapy (internal radiation for 24 hours).  My cancer was hormone sensitive, so I'm taking Megace (progesterone).  I'm now considered NED and see my Dr. every 6 months and he's keepi...
