If the answer is positive and doctor do not ask for immediate test, some patient will blame doctor did not ask for for immedaite test.   Lana, I am doing fine . Just start with my chemotherapy with the drug Taxotere in early August '11, after the grow of tumor from 8 to 11 cm in 3 months from may to end July '11. Anyway, so far the chemotherapy works well and stable my condition. STABLE is good .   Sharon , I was diagnosed in mid 2008 for Stage 4 NSCLC ( adenocarcinoma ) and it is now more than 3 years.
