How do lifestyle factors and exposure to environmental substances affect our cancer risk?

I got 3 different opinions for my Larynx/Tongue cancer and was damn glad I did.
MnLady looked the little c straight in the face and spit! Way to go gal. I remember the last thing I tasted about mid treatment was cherry flavored cool aid then, 8 weeks of nothing. Having to wash around the feeding tube once of twice daily and then having to backwash it clean and, and, and never used it! I remember loving those huge chocolate milk shakes from Burger King on the way home from treatment...

I am have been gathering copies of cases that the VA approved for Agent Orange head and neck cancers for about 6 months now. I am nowhere near finished yet but It's getting interesting. Slowlane

Male, 62, diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma larynx July 2010. Have had radical neck surgery, peg tube (never used), mediport. 3 chemo treatments @ 21 day intervals. Completed 35 rounds of radiation completed Nov 2010.
