I have metstatic melanoma (stage M4C). I had a tumor "removed" from my frontal lobe by stereotactic radiosurgery last month. I still have active tumors in my lungs and near my kidneys. Because of the brain tumor I am not allowed to be on trials so my oncologist is putting me on Temozolomide, trade names Temodal or Temodar. My question is how to best take this drug? On and empty stomach and after taking Zofram for sure, but is it best to take it first thing in the morning or at night before bed?
