  thanks helen! While I am sitting here at work reading your post I am smiling and then almost crying and then smiling again. I work at a hospital and i sit at the front desk so I am getting a few weird looks while I start smiling just sitting here stairing at my computer I can only eimagine what they are thinking and why they think I have this smile on my face!

  My mom has to take maintenance chemo and has been taking xeloda but i am just curious if there is anyone else here that is taking a maintenance chemo and what you are taking and how it is working for you? My mom's cancer is not curable and so they are watching it and treating her like a patient that has diabetes........

  My mom has Head and Neck cancer that started in her lymp nodes in her neck, no primary found a year after treatment cancer came back in a lymph node behind her liver and a few tiny tiny spots in her lungs they are watching. I just don't know where to go to ask questions because she doesn't really have any head and neck issues anymore. any opinions in which group i belong to?? :)
