  My wife lost the battle. I have 3 bottles x 300 caps of creon 24000 lipase units that will go unused. Is there somewhere that I can drop these off in the Philadelphia area so they can be used?

  Thank you for this very comprehensive explanation. We have been having significant issues and finally found out that the issue wasn't the amount of Creon but rather an issue of blocked bile ducts and some other related blockages.   Thank you for the note. We're up to 3 (24,000) before and 2 after. We are going to try the one during to see if that makes a difference. I've researched on the web, mfg site but what I think will help the most is practical experience from others like your husband. Good luck to you too.

  Thank you for the thoughts on this issue we're having.  Her Creon capsules are 24000 Lipase and 76000 Protease.  I don't see UNT on the bottle.  Our oncologist said these were the only strength they prescribe.  My wife did start with one capsule before, one after, and we've now grown to 3 before and 2 after.  It still does not seem to the right combination.
