  Hi WEL2012, May I ask how old your fiancé is and whether she had gross hematuria and also how they diagnosed her tumor? Until I found this message board I had never heard of urachal tumours. I know I am spelling it wrong but when my GP showed me the CT report it mentioned a thickening around the lower left ureter where it joins the bladder.   Hi, Hoping anyone can help.   Hi, does anyone know how long it normally takes to get the results back for a standard urine cytology test here in the UK? My urologist handed me a chit of paper and told me to 'take this to pathology' and then walked out of the room. I asked my GP if they could advise whether they will get the results and I was told 'come back in a month' I have also been advised that I am to have a Ureteroscopy within 2 weeks o...

  Hi,i am wondering if anyone can advise whether abnormal leucocytes will be picked up in a urine Cytology test? I am asking this (probably a stupid question) because I am under investigation for a ureteral growth from the uretera into the bladder and I know it is possible to get a lymphoma of the uretera.
