I found out April of 2009 that I had nasopharangeal carcinoma. I was at stage 3. After three chemo's that left me so sick, lost all my hair and I lost lots of weight. I only weighed 125 to begin with. I had 39 radiations. I had the peg tube but I had it removed after I could start drinking ensure. I have very limited saliva. I eat oatmeal in the morning with extra milk. I slice bannanas and put in milk. I make my own soup sincce there is so much sodium in canned soups. I take chicken broth with no msg add egg noodles and steam fresh vegetables. I can eat scrambled eggs and steamed veggies. It can get very boring. I miss activities I used to do because I get to dry. If I could only get my saliva back. Paula
