Hi, I was diagnosed with papillary carcinoma(thyroid cancer) about a month ago(end of February, 2010) and I had a total thyroidectomy on 4-12-2010. I found this web-site while I was looking for information on hypothyroidism. I can hardly drag myself around because my ENT has not given me any hormone yet. I called his office today to find out why he hasn't given me any replacement hormones yet, but he is not in the office today. I have been waking up with horrible joint and muscle pains which I found out can be caused from no thyroid hormone. If anyone has any thoughts on my situation, please let me know. Thanks
