Starting my fourth day with APEX: Haven't had any BM's that were noteworthy. Today, I actually started on a list of "Honey-do's".I have more of an interest in doing a little yard maintenance even though it is scorching outside.I don't know if it is APEX, placebo effect or what, but I do have more of an interest in getting things done that need to be done. I don't have any extraordinary things to attribute to APEX,...

The Baco site (both) mentions a ratio of one part Baco to 8 parts water but only in reference to sterilize, for example, surgical instruments. I have not found a ratio for human consumption.. APEX ratio is 1 part APEX to 32 parts water. I think we need to know the ratios for human consumption for both before we can make a true comparison. Ed

I did a search on Baco silver and came up with the paste below:Notice they say a billion atoms of Oxygen while on their site that bigsky posted they say a "multitude" of atoms. Price for one liter of Baco is $400.00.One liter equals 33.814 ounces. This would equal eight 4 ounce bottles of APEX at a cost of $400.00. You would get a bonus of 1.184 ounces with Baco.APEX is more convenient, so I guess I'll stay with Bi...

Hi Bigsky, Thanks for the info on Baco. Reminds me of two quotations: A rose by any other name is just as sweet. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Ed

Hi again, I posted the instructions on the prostate cancer info link. I think most of us are members there also. Click on the link below and you should be able to see the instructions. Can anyone tell me why formatting is lost, i.e. Bold and Underline when a reply is posted? I scanned the instructions that came with my APEX only to find that I can't post an image, either in the main or personal message on this board. If anyone is interested and trusts me enough to send a personal message with their email address, I will send the scan to them. Ed

Update on Ed's APEX adventure. Had my first BM after 3 doses of APEX.As the Doctors' say it was "unremarkable".I really didn't know what to expect since Bill said it was usually "interesting". I was hoping for something spectacular to report but it was my average event. My last Bone Scan was May of 2012. I am scheduled for another 3 July. If there is no metastasis, I must be doing something right even though my PSA...

While I'm on a roll here: 4 ounces (the APEX dosage) equal 118.294118 cc. Note these are fluid ounces, not ounces of weight. When I say a 4 ounce dose, it is from a gallon of spring water into which a 4 ounce bottle of APEX has been dumped. Ed

I apologise for all the quotes. Only meant to use the last one. Ed
