Ps o yes i was dumped , i am looking for a new gp darlin, the old one said her and her case worker/office manager was a package deal and the fact that she(case worker ) kept trying to double bill procedures was not a reason for me to request that her /my case worker not touch my records anymore,much less make appt,she didnt notify me of,and i refused to accept her w/ her case worker attached ,so she said shell treat me for one month ,and i said nope , it ends now ...and filed a grievence. So as far a xanax ,they wont prescribe that to me ,come on ,doctors think everyones a pill freak these days ....

Nobody explained anything ,according to the report,they couldnt see anything clearly, then the oncologist said something entirely different,I cant understand him anyways,abiopsy could collapse a lung, I have had the max rads of radiation I can have,I was told, and as far as I know vulvar cancer due to HPV wasnt heard of  in the 80s specially with a radical vulvectomy, pernial flaps,as a end result , HPV awareness started recently and  they cant get a hold of it I understand .

So why cant a radiologist tell the difference between scar tissue and cancer or malignant and benign, ,isnt there a difference in looks, as well as growth rate... 3.2 in an upper right lobe is significant enough of a spot to consider quality as apposed to quantity of life , whats a couple more months ,a year at the outside? Why cant i get a reliable ,everyone reads and sees the same diagnoisis ,instead of opinions, pretty hard to make a judgement call w/opinions .

how do you know what yo have ,do the different cancers look different ,1 month it was non visible the next month it was 3.2 spot on lupper right lung ,pet scan 1 month later said it was 3.0 as of 2weeks ago,....and thyroid lesion, this,that and what ever ,the doctor says he wants me to come in to discuss a thoraxic surgeon forsomething.thena gyn oncologist oncologist calls me out of the blue and wants to check me..for what they cant save me right:"?..i'm not going to play slice and dice w/these guys....still cant understand the pet scan findings,can any one here?

Later on consulting with my MD who I have had for 14 years, He just looked at me when I ask why we wern't testing for TB, bronchitis, pheumonia, or scar tissue as I have had bron & pheu few times since 2007. He said it wasn't any of those they all had different properties. His opinion after reading the pet scan, is cancer. He said once they do a new cscan the lung Dr. will decide if I am a canidate for surgery, rad, or chemo. or non of the above. On june 16th, They do the scan and june 20th come the Dr. appt. I have a lot of pain from RA and gout. Much of it on my right side neck, shoulder,wrist, knee and foot. Don't know if I am up to much more. I am unable to take nsaids or acetaminopen in any form because of severe allergies. Make my face swells, and my throat swells shut. I take 4 5mg methadone a day. I get 3 Epidurals a yr. (both are losing thier effetiveness since 12-10. My Dr. tried prednizone but side effects were to great. I smoked for 50 years so not asking for pity party. Do the crime do the time. Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to give the facts. My question can they possiby do a diagnosis without a biopsy ? Has anyone been through it?

Why would any of you want to relive the HELL of either or both surgeries  by talking about it? nobody mentioned their staging  status.... I'm the longest surviving w/ terminal vulvar cancer ...as far as I know at 11 1/2 years .....chemo radiation 72 treatments pernial flaps etc.  this doesnt mean I beat it,nobody  beats it as far as I know...at my stage.....who wants to talk about dying,....Im so sick of cancer commercials, I scream at my TV,..... it just pisses me off , all of this crap I've been thru PISSES ME OFF. messed my sex life UP,I cant stand to be touched!you name it, its gone haywire at least twice.....THEY SHOULD HAVE got OFF Their big butts andDONE SOMETHING 12 years ago.....ASSHOLES....and not told me there would be a cure in 5 years for sure,   (seven years ago )

TRUTH IS THEY DONT HAVE A FRICKIN CLUE ABOUT THIS HPV cancer of the VULVA ,AT ALL!and they wont have in our lifetimes......DEBROSEZ
