My aunty aged 52 ,diagnosed ca rectum by colonoscope stage 1 adenocarcinoma with surrounding lymphnode and soft tissue involvement in CT and PET. three courses of chemo (5fu and cisplatin)and radiotherapy done.now size reduced from 7 to 3 cms from anal verge. Kindly help her the best possible way for spincter saving surgery or APPEAR
