So it's not just me! Yes, I have gained weight. About 30 pounds! I have always been able to control my weight with diet and exercise, and now, no matter what I do, I can barely take off 5 pounds. Very frustrating! I'm sure part of it is that I no longer work, but I know my habits and body and it doesn't add up. If you learn anything, please let me know. God bless your journey. Mary
Yes, I am on Sandostatin. I do have the discomfort that you are speaking of, but these pains are different. They are sharp pains. I appreciate your input though. Mary
Hi , I have a tumor with mets to lymph nodes, small spots on liver and in my bones. Does anyone get sharp pains? I get them in no specific place, just here and there and then gone. I don't think these are my bones, those feel like bruising. Thanks, and God bless you all. Mary

God bless you.
I have been on Sandostatin since the beginning of 2009. It is still working for me, I have had virtually no growth since then

One of the things Sandostatin does is helps diahrea. If you have a history of constipation, it back fires and I need LOTS of products to help me, but is under control. I also get nauseas on a pretty regular basis, but the anti ...
