  Finally got the PET and it was read by a doctor I trust who just called me and said there was an "anomoly" on my liver that was probably insignificant but that I am cancer free! I feel as if a true miracle has occured. I had gone to a faith healer the day after the PET and I really think that is what made the difference.   Thank you for your response and please know I will  be praying for you and your family. This is such a scary disease and so many oncologists know so little about it. I've learned more about it in this support group than I ever learned from one of my "team". I have heard so much good about the nanoknife. It sounds like a cure such as the Whipple can be.   Prayers will be coming your way! I had problems with my feet swelling after chemo. In fact I gained 65 lbs in 24 hrs. It was incredibly painful and no one ever told me why it happened other than it was a side effect from chemo. They put me on a ton of diuretics and about 2 months later the water was gone. 69 is too young to die. Keep the faith, get on prayer chains. Cal

  I don't know why he thinks I have cancer back except that he seems to think all people with PC die a few months after diagnosis. I am looking for a new oncologist as I believe you are right - the current one knows nothing. I am going to a faith healing next week and I am very excited.
