I'm starting Tarceva soon.
I am concerned about side effects. How is your mom doing now?
I am a 44 year old Hispanic male that was recently diagnosed with Nasopharangeal Carcinoma stage II b. For 4 weeks I underwent intense Immunotherapy at Issels Medical Center in Santa Barbara, CA. As of now I have refused ChemoRationTherapy. This week I will be starting Tarceva.
I will keep you up to date on my progress.
If you have any questions or comments, please let me know.

I was recently disgnosed with squamous cell carcinoma near my right tonsil. I am a 44 year old male.
My mother died in 2002 from the same carcinoma.
On 7/10/2009 I will be getting a PET Scan. I really don't want to get radiation nor chemo at this point. I am really leaning toward atlernative therapies. I have heard many positive experiences from a few people about the Hoxsey Clinic. I would like to hear about your exerience at the Hoxsey Clinic -good or bad, I'm open to discussion. Thanks, JB
