  Ravi, It would be helpful to know which trial your wife was in as some trials are designed differently than others and you reference DCVax which she was not in their trial.   Yes NWBO is also participating in GBM trial in Germany via Fraunhofer Institute and my understanding is there are 24 oncology hospitals in the trial. The trial is designed the same way as in UK and US in that it has a cross over arm which if patient on placebo has progression of GBM they immediately corss over to actual vaccine.   Angela, You have two options for the trial which is great news. Both vaccines have benefitted patients.The only difference I see is prior clinical trial results for DCvax has been significant and having the crossover arm with disease progression is a positive.
