      thanks for the comforting words , rarely come here now , brings back too much pain , his toxity level had gone very high , tolerence to chemos kept getting lower , but he loved to enjoy life , play golf , party , which he did till a month before he passed away , so no regrets , had good 24 years with him .... thank God for those ... and u shd also try natural remidies like manukkah honey , sour sop , graviola etc ......

        My husband finally won the battle but lost at the end as cancer cheated him , feel so drained , after a marathon fight , around 20 chemos , folfox , folfiri , ceruximab , erbitux , endless scans and now NOthing , life can be cruel at times ....

          Hi At times even doctors can depress you , they go according to statistics and not the will and strength of the patient , my husband has been thru , 21 cycles of various chemos , kept playing golf , working and not getting bogged down , last months docs told him 5/7 more days and that's it , today he is in the hospital for another round of chemo , he has gone week but not given up , morphine / colostomy /.               sounds good , my husband is on 3 rd line chemo , folfox with avastin and cea level 500 , we do not give up hope , he carries on working , golfing ..... and praying for better treatment options and of'course NED

                  Hi My husband got cyber knife done in April 2012 and in 5 days he was back home and pain free , this is a palliative radiation so if ur mother is told to follow it up with chemo , please do so , all the best to her and you . Regards

                    Hi These are new drugs patented in US and are supposed to better than folfox and folfiri , mainly for mcr , we do have pain clinics but even the nerve block has not worked , planning to go to Uk or Germany for further treatment . Thanks for your prayers and again we have started attacking the attacker , just praying along for strength and miracle Best regards Bibban
