My name is Annie. Niecee is my nick name. I currently have a benign mucinous cyst on the neck (close to head) of my pancreas. I was told that I will need to have the whipple procedure done if I want the cyst removed. I want the cyst removed. I am just nervous and worried about things going well. I live in the Dallas area and really don't think traveling will be a good thing. Mortality rate is "lower" than it used to be but still I could be part of that rate. Just looking for some support.
