  My Oncologist mentioned that he needs to find out if the first Doctor ruptured the Cyst and contained it vs not containing it. he said that would possibly change my stage.   Thank you Amy for the reply and all the info on what happened with your GCT.. that really helps. I am waiting on surgery clearance now for my total hystorectomy and stripping of the lympth nodes.. this will be my second as my first was where they removed a cyst and one ovary and found the cancer there.. I will keep you in my prayers and you sound like a very possitive and strong person!! Best of luck and many prayers...

  Hello I am a 42 years old and after having a large cyst and an ovary  removed 2 weeks ago my doctor has told me I have GCT and has referred me to another doctor. I haven't been told yet what stage or what to expect or anything, I am freaking out and scared.. I just found out today. I was hoping to get help figuring out what is going to happen next.
