  Thanks for the info. I feel better about taking it. This is my second day and so far it's fine. Mine is neuroendocrine. The Dr. started me on 5mg and will do a blood test in 21/2 weeks. Did the Afinitor shrink your tumors? It was upsetting when the Oct. 2012 scans showed a nice improvement, but then the Jan. 2013 scan showed the tumors were larger than in Oct. 2012.

  I was diagnosed in July 2012 and began oral chemo in Aug. (xeloda and temodar). The first scan in Oct.2012 looked good,but the Jan. 2013 scan showed the tumors in my liver that had been reduced were back. The Dr. changed me to Infinitor, which I will start later this week. Does anyone have experience with this drug? Thanks!
