I do not juice. I eat what ever I want. If I get an obstruction I eat vegetable laxitives stool softners and when the obstuction drops low enough I use suppositories and enemas. When I get an obstuction I rest the bowl, maybe a day or two. I have managed to stay out of the hospital for over a year now. I try and eat small amounts. Eat slow chew alot.
