    I do not juice. I eat what ever I want. If I get an obstruction I eat vegetable laxitives stool softners and when the obstuction drops low enough I use suppositories and enemas. When I get an obstuction I rest the bowl, maybe a day or two. I have managed to stay out of the hospital for over a year now. I try and eat small amounts. Eat slow chew alot.

      I have had resectioning, removal of adhesions. Please go to Mayo in Rochester. Her name is Dr. Bingingger-Casey. She works under Dr. Alexander. She is the best.         I guess I would try walking a ltlle several times a week. Gentley. Keep oxygen moving for now. I hope it passes like the rest has. Congrats on your healing so far.
