    Yes, I see. I am sorry it came back so aggresively. I wish you luck with your further treatment! My husband is havig PET/CT on the 15th and I am really scared about it since before he had just CTs and they were all clear.....

        Have you had a surgery to remove the main tumor on you colon? Or they started you on chemo right away with no surgeries?

            Which diet to follow as on anti-cancer diet, is always a question. There is as much info agains any tipe of grain as there is against meat. The DO doctor who we are seing told my husband to reduce any type of grain, wheet, any carbs except fruits (not all fruits though) and to eat more protein. This type of diet make it impossible to become vegan. Being vegan maybe good for someone healthy, to prevent cancer but not ...

              My husband's history is very similir to your husband's. He was diagnosed in Jan. 2011 with colorectal cancer st. IV with mets to liver and lung (please read my profile). We've been through a lot since than, however as of today he is off chemo for 2 years, doing great, feeling great, living a normal life!                   It will become more clear after you talk to oncologist. You will be given a plan and just try to stik to this, plan don't think much about anything else, try to leave day by day and future at the same time! It is really important to find the right doctor, who will spend time with you to know better which treatment is good for you, since every case is different! I know how overwhelming you and your loved ones feel now...

                    My husband was diagnosed in January of 2011 with stage IV colon cancer, mets to liver and lung at age 48. At first apptm doctor said there is no choice for a surgery and he has around 2 years left. He started chemo, blood showed great respond, doctor changed his mind and we got hope. He had colon, liver, lung resection, 2 times of 12 rounds agjuvant chemo, couple liver and lung oblations done... It's not easy path, b...
