I was diagnosed Laryngeal Cancer(SCC) on March 2008 at the begining i had horsness of voice in April 2007 then operated for biopsy of the vocal cord the results came back as SCC of Larynx As (T1 NO MO) i went thruogh raditon therapy for 33 sessions which was completed on Oct/2007 but the voice did not improved. later in May/2007 several hospitals in Saudi Arabia,U.S.A,Canada and Germany were given all medical reports. I decided to go to medical university in Kiel-Germany...thery did all medical examnations and dedided to do (Laser Co2 Surgery) the voice was improved, i used to make check up every 6 months in Kiel Hospital but at the end of Jan/2009 they decided to remove the larynx(Total Laryngectomy) this was on done in Mar/2009 the cancer spreaded in the whole larynx and pharynx i was hospitalized for 2 months in the hospital. in Sept/2009 a provox was inserted. later in Jan/2010 i started getting difficulties in swallowing food it became worse in Mar/2010 were the swallowing are complettely BLOCKED. after taking a biopsy it was found that the cancer spreaded in the area of the left side of the neck and diagnosed as (T4 N0 M0) NOTHING could be done at this stage even chemotherapy was not possible so i did G-tube feeding in Mar/11/2010 at the present i am under pallitive treatment now and taking feeding by G-tube
