How do lifestyle factors and exposure to environmental substances affect our cancer risk?
My husband just began IV chemo and every morning he is waking up in a sweat, vomitting, and diaherra. Has anyone else experienced this? He had to stop the Temodar because the tumor was growing while taking it and it wipes out his blood cells.
My husband had to stop taking Temodar. It stopped working and was horrible on his white cells. He just started IV chemo and if his white cells improve he will begin CCNU (another oral chemo). Maybe you can check in to those.
My husband breaks out in a rash all over after day 5 of Temodar. He says it is very uncomfortable and itchy. I have been giving him benedryl.

It has been 5 mth. since my husband was diagnosed with brain cancer, oliodendroiloma grade 3. It is the most painful thing in the world to watch your strong, young (age 32), husband dwindle away. I cry every night. I'm so scared. Why? WHy is this happening? I just need a miracle. It's so hard because I believe God can heal him. Please God heal him! I feel so powerless and isolated.

My husband has an anaplastic olidrodenglioma grade 3 and had a complete resection in feb 2012. He did 6 wks of chemo and radiation. So you really feel like vegan is the way to go? My husband had surgery 2/16/12 and they considered it a complete resection and he just finished 6 wks of radiation and Temador. His first after treatment scan is scheduled for 5/25/12. DO you think it wil be clear? COuld something have grown back? I am freaking out! I will do anything to help him. What is the longest life expectancy you have heard of? He is only 32.
