  e nurse has told me today there is  a new sligghly ill defineds liason in the liver. ie a spot. we are seeing someone tommorow and all a bit besides ourself. I gather you have all had wipples. how long ago and how is it going for you. any info would be great ,Thanks Lou

  Im bit beside myself. My mum had a whipple nearly 18 months ago. Her bloods only 3 weeks ago said no sign of cancer and she has put on weight . Last few weeks her stomach has become bloated. 2 days ago she had a cat scan and docotr rung tonight wanting to discuss results im so worried that it has returned.

  my mum has it all the time 16 months after wipple. she also gets high temps and rigors form time to itime and no one can explain. i dont want to scare you but we have been living with this and there is no explaination . there is a wipple surviror group on face book that i found really helpful Lou aUSTRALia

  Im in asutralia and my mum has post wipple pain 16 months later. doctors can explain it and begin with i think they thought she was putting it on. its terrbile to watch and then she is buggered for several hours later .lou

  here in adelaide australia my Mum had the wipple 16 months ago.she has this pain exaclty like you say and its unbearable to watch . there is a wipple support group on face book and they were so helpful to me. mum has to take angine spray but it knocks her out. what i found scary is that no docotr can explain this to us. apparently its common. hope this helps Lou
