Women who have constant itching and changes in the color and the way the vulva looks may be experiencing signs of vulvar cancer. A doctor should be seen if there are symptoms such as bleeding or discharge not related to menstruation (periods), severe burning/itching or pain in the vulva, or if the skin of the vulva looks white and feels rough.
