If someone you love has cancer, there may be times when the journey may seem almost as daunting for you as it is for the person who’s been diagnosed. That’s especially the case if you’re acting as primary caregiver.

But among all of the responsibilities, challenges, and commitment that caregiving entails, it’s critical to look after your own needs as well. Delegating a few of your responsibilities and accepting help when it’s offered will restore your energy and renew your relationship with the person for whom you’re caring.
