Simple, automated telephone reminders can increase colon cancer screening rates by 30 percent, according to a Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research study funded by the National Cancer Institute that appears in the July print edition of Medical Care.

Screening is important, but there should be someway that people could get them at a discount like the breast cancer.

My daughter-in-law was diagnoised right after delivering a 31 week baby. Her doctor never once examined her when she told him she continued to be conspitated, just told her to take more laxatives. If he had examined her she might be alive today.

Now there is not ing for us to do and the Dorctor will go on

making the same mistates because we can't stop him
