I am a 3-time cancer survivor, now undergoing treatment for breast cancer.  My husband is a 2-time heart attack survivor.  I am in my 60s and he is in his 70s.  I believe one reason we've both had good outcomes (11 years of survival for him and 7 years since my first cancer) is that we exercise regularly.  We are fortunate; we both LOVE to exercise - him, walking up to an hour a day, and me, walking or swimming about 35 -45 minutes a  day.

I'm not a doctor and I don't do studies, but exercise   has

worked for us!
