Lymphedema is a problem for those of us who've had neck dissections (removal of lymph glands) due to throat cancer as well.  Since it's in the neck, pressure garments are not an option.  This treatment sounds positive for breast cancer patients, and I hope that it might transfer that benefit if used for head and neck patients as well.
