I just recieved the results of an Oncoblot test.  It came back positive for breast cancer.  Right now the treatment protocol is Capsol_T, multiple doses 4 times a day and a mega dose at bedtime.

I received a positive ONCOblot for colorectal cancer, and am on a regimen of Capsol-T, Metformin, and a host of vitamins and supplements to treat the cancer early.  I am also on a ketogenic diet, high fat, moderate protein, no sugar or carbs, based on the fact that cancer feeds on glucose.  I have been on this regimen for six months and have noticed significant hair loss. I don't know if it is a side effect of the capsol-T regimen, or the diet.  If you have any insight, let me know.

How are you both getting the oncoblot test?  Their website still says that the tests are not available, just as it has for the past year.

NSouthBoston, I can't see that green tea or red pepper would affect your hair follicles.  I would guess it is the diet, but an integrative doctor could figure it out.  I am not sure about the keto diet for colorectal, colorectal is so associated with the high fat and animal product diets of the western world.  Keto limits fiber as well, so important for bowel health.  Maybe try a low sugar, high fiber whole foods plant based diet with less fat and see if your hair issue improves. As someone who has done significant research, for colorectal I would ditch almost all animal products.  Michael Greger MD has a video on his website about how CR cancer is unknown in Africa, where they have a high fiber diet and eat alot of beans, have several stools daily.

I got the ONCOblot test thru my Dr. I expect he had a large contract or extras.  Also, I was tested in February 2017.  Perhaps they hadn't stopped yet?

It is very interesting about animal by-products.  I am not sure I believe that that is so. So many 'facts' touted by mainstream medicene are completely wrong that I doubt it all.  I am doing keto because cancer needs glucose for fuel.  By switching to high fat moderate carbs., i am denying the cancer fuel.  Switching to keto switches the body to fat for fuel vs glucose for fuel. I am eating only grass fed dairy/beef, thereby not getting omega 3s, but the better omega 6s. Only organic chicken, etc.  It is carbs that the body breaks down into glucose that causes obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease.  I am hoping my info is correct, and will be sure to increase my intake of salads and green veggies. BTW africans also dont eat any processed foods, minimally processed meats, likely without chemicals, no sugars, etc. The point about several stools daily rings a bell, though...

Thanks for the response!  They stopped selling new tests about a year ago, so I guess they only honor tests or test kits that had already been sold.  I guess any diet that eliminates processed foods, CAFO animal products, etc. is going to be beneficial.  I am just not convinced that the keto diet is helpful for all types of cancer.  I wrote a book about alternative cancer treatment that includes a section about keto vs plant based, will be published in January. Send me your email if you want a free Ebook/Kindle copy during the promotion.  Best of luck and health to you!

Oh my goodness, yes.  Thank you so much.   is my email.  I too am a little concerned about the Keto. While I have my doubts about the idea that carbs are good for you, I am not completely convinced that a diet high in fat, moderate in protein is ideal for people with colorectal cancer. I would be thrilled to read your book.  Best of luck with your sales!!
