my dad (56) was initially diagnosed (September 2017)with stage 3 Gej junction ADENOCARCINOMA. He was given neoadjuvant chemotherapy( 3 cycle  of ECF) pre surgery. Post surgery he was given 28 fraction of radiation combined with 2 cycle of 5fu chemo cycles. After being cancer free for 4-5 months, we discovered few lesions in liver to be cancerous and also one inguinal lymph node. Currently, he is diagnosed with stage IV adeno carcinoma with metastasis in liver and inguinal lymph node. Doctors have started new targeted therapy Ramucirumab + paclitaxel because our her2neu test was negative. Prognosis at this stage is extremely poor but we are still fighting.

I am looking for survivors and people who are still fighting this dangerous carcinoma, and also patients who have used this drug Ramucirumab for advanced oesophagus adenocarcinoma. Please share your experience because all doctors give very depressing data for this type of cancer.
