Enlarged/Hard Right Supraclavicular Lymph Node

Hello all.  I noticed over a month ago an enlarged lymph node just above my right collarbone.  I ignored it for about 3 weeks and then my anxiety kicked in.  I saw my doctor on Tuesday, where he evaluated it and discussed my overall health. We discussed the fact that I have been having night sweats since the beginning of the year.  Also, I have lost about 50 pounds in the last 10 months without really trying.  My appetite decreased significantly.  I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia too, just throwing that in there.  Doc took blood to check for infection and any thyroid related issues.  Nothing. Results were normal.  Doc sent me for an xray of the chest, and it was normal.  He then sent me for an ultrasound of the lymph node and it measured at 1.9 x 1.3 x 0.5.  Now I'm no mathmetician, but I believe that puts my node at 2.23 cm in total size.  That is not a good sign, right?  The radiologist couldn't rule out neoplastic etiologies or inflammation.  Remember the fibromyalgia.  So, now, I am going for a CT scan of my chest next Thursday to look for cancer.  I am terrified. It is my understanding that the supraclavicular node is responsible for lungs, esophagus and GI cancers.  Is that correct?  My GI system has been messed up for a while.  Could it be that?  Any guidance, suggestions, encouragement would be greatly appreciated.  Terrified, Brianne
