Hey had same problem I don’t take any medication , but I stop my nausea and heartburn and acid reflux with a tea spoon of Baking Soda in a 8 oz of water after each meal and problems solved, about weight I’m about 5.8 I weighed 175 lb before I found out I had pancreatic stage 3 cancer after surgery I went down to 128 lbs 2 years later I’m back to 166 lb , I take 120 grams of protein a day and I go to the gym 20 days after my surgery so far so good , but I had Whipple surgery done that is 5 small incisions 2 to 3 inches long, as of today only one is visible , good luck
