Metastatic ThyCa: Success with LDN, no success with ALA

Just to update the progression of my metastatic thyroid cancer (which once was classified as Stage IV, but with new staging criteria is now Stage II): after being controlled by LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone), which made nodule size stop growing and tumor marker down, I tried adding ALA (Alpha-Lipoic Acid).

With the new blood tests, I can now say that ALA didn't change the scenario.

While this doesn't mean LDN will work for someone's case, and/or ALA won't work on an specific case, I leave this as record for someone considering either treatment.

Next step is adding DCA (sodium DiChloroAcetate) to the mix.
