Dear Jackie,
I'm really sorry to hear about everything you are going through, and that you are suffering. I imagine that the uncertainly is also distressing. Regarding your question, in my opinion, the quick answer is yes. The fact of the matter is that pancreatic cancer is very hard to detect and diagnose due to its location. Often, when a tumor is finally visible, the cancer is very advanced.
I am not a doctor or a professional of any kind... though there has been pancreatic cancer in my family, so I have done some research.
I can only recommend that you seek a second opinion, and try to get to the bottom of it (an official diagnosis, if it is cancer), and seek treatment as soon as possible, as opposed to "watching and waiting".
Sending you much strength and prayers for the best possible situation.
Sincerely,
Punky
