Once radiation stops, I understand there is a lag time where you still cook and don't improve. How long until you start to feel a little better, then some better, etc? I see peole with feeding tubes for like 5 mos. Radiation only lasts a little over one month. Does it really take 4 months before you can start to eat enough on your own??

I'm on day 12, guess I still have lots to look forward too!! YUK!

I'm doing great. Been released from MD Anderson, told not to come back. Cant really tell I ever had cancer except for an every so often pain in the neck, jaw pain, and a little saliva shortage. But all is good. Actually dieting since I now have put on to much weight. I would say for me 6 months I was good, certainly by a year I was really good.

Have had some scares along the way wiht growths that had to be biopsied. But all negative.

I'm good. Thanks
