Hi - sorry to reply so late to your Dec. posting.  I just found this website.  I too have Stage IV NSCLC Adeno - there are two suspicious spots on my brain (undiagnsed so far).  I have been being treated with a drug called Tarceva.   It is a pill you take once a day.   Less severe to a person than straight chemo.   I have been on pill only 7 weeks(diagnosed in Sept.) so no firm results known, but prelim blood test seems to show some change for better.  Perhaps a question to your Dr. about this drug's use would be good.   It allows for a much kinder quality of life with more gentle side effects than the chemo treatments.    I will pray for you and your husband - so sad you are such young people - I am 61 and feel it is way too early to check out!   Keep fighting!

My mom has been diagnosed with Adeno from Gall badder and now to liver. Dr. says inoperable and she is slated to start chemo on Weds. She hasn't had a second opinion. She's 80 years old, otherwise healthy, and Dr. says 6 months w/o chemo and a year with. I've sent her information on Raw food, Oleyeander, and other natural remedies which I strongly believe in. Any thoughts here would be great.

I have everyone in this post in my prayers and daily mediation.

Also, she's in SW Minnisota, any information on treatment in that area would be great.

I'm telling her to watch happy movies, smile as much as possible, and stay positive.

I found this helpful and have some experience in seeing success with the rememdies and, at a minimum, more information is useful.
