Maple Syrup and cancer

Hi, am new here and was diagnosed and freaked out, then was retested and found not to have it, both my parents had it at some point, so I get tested every 2 years now, I was told that maple syrup is an amazing preventative and also helps with cancer in its various stages, so I ordered some pure organic canadian maple syrup but don't really know what I should be doing, is it a spoon a day, or three times a day, or how does one use it to be preventative?  Does anyone know?  My sister in law has throat cancer now but I don't want to advise her anything unless I can verify from others who have tried it that it works or at least greatly helps.  The supplier told me that they have clients who had brain tumors and other forms of cancers reversed and swear by organic maple syrup and they order it by the gallons but doesn't know how they use it, ie, how much per day etc....does anyone know about this?

 Hi, Maple syrup with baking soda or molasses with baking soda - (aluminium free) Plenty of info online. Raises ph to over 7.4 where cancer cannot survive. (7.8 is better). Canver goes for the sugar  and is killed  by the baking soda. Something like that. We test with ph strips with saliva. Cancer loves an acid body - thus cut right down on sugars and treats. Eat plenty of greens and unprocessed foods. "You are what you eat" info online for cancer diets xxxx good luck .

PS when 2 in 3 will die from cancer we have to look at what we are doing wrong !!

I don't think that maple syrup will have any effect on cancer. Baking soda is really alkaline, and might do some more thinking about that one. According to Dr. Otto Warburg, who won a Nobel Prize for his cancer research, exposing cancer to 8.0 PH environment will cause to die or no longer reproduce. But there are healthier ways to become alkaline. Eating more alkaline foods is the best way to stay cancer free. You might want to read The PH Miracle for weight loss. Best of luck to you,

How It Works 
 
This treatment is a combination of pure, 100% maple syrup and baking soda. When mixed and heated together, the maple syrup and baking soda bind together. The maple syrup targets cancer cells (which consume 15 times more glucose than normal cells) and the baking soda, which is dragged into the cancer cell by the maple syrup, being very alkaline, removes the microbe inside the cancer cell. 
 
The Protocol
 
Very Important Note: USE ONLY baking soda which is stated to be "aluminum free." This includes pharmaceutical grade baking soda or a product such as Bob's Red Mill (Aluminum-Free) Baking Soda. 
 
Mix one part baking soda with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. 
 
Stir Briskly as it is heating. 
 
Heat the mixture for 5 minutes (which means do not use heat that is too high). 
 
Take 1 teaspoon daily, as needed. 
 
We have not been able to get the maple syrup to bind to the baking soda, using Bob's Red Mill baking soda. If you figure out how to keep the maple syrup from separating from the baking soda, after refrigerating overnight, please let us know how you did it (make sure you include the word "cancer" or "Kelmun" in the Subject line:
