Thanks for sharing Yaziza. Will look through that website. We have tried Budwig Protocol last year but that did not work...but I guess it did help a little because when we were told that my mom had colorectal cancer stage 4 and it has metastasized to her liver and her lymphnodes, we were not hopeful. My mom did not want any surgery or chemo done.

My mom is also not the best patient for an alternative medicine.

Jennifer, you are so lucky to have a very informed oncologist. I really do not like this oncologist that the member of the family decided to go with.

Again, thank you for the feedback guys. I will try my very best to keep fighting for vitamin C. I know deep inside that this is currently helping her from her chemo. I think to stop the vitamin iv, will kill her. She is only 79 lbs. Very frail.

Regards,

Mary Ann

I have to fly to New York from Virginia Beach to find a doctor who is understanding and educated in alternative medicine.  All 4 of the oncologists I went to here were very unhelpful and uncaring.  In other countries ALL doctors are taught how to give IPT and other "alternative" treatments and when you read their sites most of them comment on the "rigidness" of our country toward alternative medicine.

Thank you for your kind words I really appreciate it.  I also wish you the best in your search for treatment.

Peace,

Jennifer

Mary Ann,

Just a few FYI's one is that KU med has done a study and found that vitamin C (High dose IV which is what they studied) almost completely stops all side effects of chemo their is a link to their findings on their website.

ALso their is some evidence to suggest that if you take liposomal C every 3 hours you can at least significantly elevate your C level and get some of the good effects.  ALthough I will warn you that it tastes awful.

Lastly the 2 websites I gave you have other alternative options that you could get and use yourself such as some supplements and also pay attention to the diet tab.  It is important to stay away from sugar.

I hope this helps.

Peace,

Jen

Thank you very much Jen. Will try my very best to educate some family members who are determined not to believe in the goodness of Vitamin C IV.

You look after yourself and thanks again for the information.

Sincerely,

Mary Ann

P.S. I have got the Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C here with me as well. I have tried one packet with water...it was awful ! Still trying to find another drink I can take it with.

And also, 100% agree with you on sugar feeds cancer.

the problem is that the stupid and ignorant oncologist thinks vitamin c is antioxidant and so decrease potency of chemio...you just have to explain to him that he is ignoring the fact that high dose vit c at 50-100g daily is pro-oxidant like chemio and not anti oxidant, the good part is that the pro oxidation is only on tumor cells so it s free of sides

it can be mixed with juice for the bad taste, i take lipo gsh and lipo vit c only when i get colds/flu, with some fantasy it is easy to get used to their taste

Hi Lobba 123, thank you for your reply. I am trying very hard to get rid of this oncologist for my mom. Two family members thinks he is God, so they listen to him religiously.

I read where you said sugar feeds cancer. Is this true? I have been  Newly diagnosised with lymphomia cancer and I drink a lot of soda.

After 3 yrs of researching to help my dad I would say cancer loves sugar and mucus.  Mucus comes from foods like milk and cheese. You should research it. Also the cancer thrives in an acidic environment.  The sodas are mostly in the acidic level of  2.0 and 3.5 - This is not good. Here is one site of many to explain the importance of putting foods and drinks into the body to alkaline it.

LOOK UP LEMONS - many interesting things about lemons -  fresh lemon juice is Good.  THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR ALKALINITY  -  My dad has had at least 200 lemons in the last 4 months.  I make live lemon juice for him.
