Endometrial Cancer--translation anyone?

Hi, it's a long story but I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer over the summer after unsuccessfully trying to conceive my first child.

I recently finished 3 months of Megace and had another d&c and hysteroscopy.

I meet with my oncologist next week and she said we have to talk about the hysterectomy, she said the Megace didn't work and to stop taking it.  I am so sad, I haven't been able to eat or sleep since then.  I got the pathology notes but they might as well be written in another language.

Has anyone ever seen this before and might be able to figure it out?  I will obviously ask her next week but right now, it seems like it's so far away.

Thank you very much.

Pathology notes:

Endometrial adenocarcinoma, endometrioid type, grade 1 of 3.
Background of inactive endometrium with pseudodecidualized stroma, consistent
with exogenous hormone effect
The residual carcinoma comprises approximately 10% of the specimen; the
majority of the tissue consists of polypoid fragments of altered endometrium
with progestin effect.

I can't speak for endometrial cancer, but I had CC adenocarcinoma stage IIB 19 years ago. I had radiation and a hysterectomy.

Have they spoke of radiation or chemo also?
