Hello Sarab,

This is a old post and wondering whether you will reply.

I too got diagnosed with TC in 2017 and underwent 4 cycle of chemo and always afraid of recurrence. Please share how you are doing now and want your advice on how to proceed with life.

I was diagnosed with TC two years ago and im still a bit down about it, but I'm feeling better now than when I was when they said I was in remission. My hair came back a lot thinner and my energy levels aren't what they used to be. On a happy note I just fathered my third child so she is definitely helping me through my tough time. What is on your mind? Hopefully I can help

I would start really treating my own body.  You really are the one in charge.  It's you that has to face you everyday.  I had stage 2 testicular as well with enlarged lymph nodes.  And you know what, I prolonged getting chemo and kept doing bloodwork as a way to watch my markers. s I found alternatives to chemo that ended up working within a very short period of time.  I got multiple scans to confirm this.  The nodes went right back to normal.  Cures are possible my friend, but you must take YOUR life into YOUR hands.  check out the chronicle of my journey at healingfield.wordpress.com

Thanks Oddball for your reply, hope you are doing well.

It is very good to know that you are in remission for 2 years now, thats a superb achievement.

I am in observation now, would like to know what are your food habits on a daily note, what do you eat generally for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Do you take tea or coffee sometimes ? any biscuits, would that be fine ?

And how do you manage with family and work, actually want to ask a lot and will wait for your reply.

Trimmh how are you doing now and how are you coping up.

When were you diagnosed with TC and how long in remission, good that you are using alternatives and yes chemo sucks.

Can you also please describe your lifestyle and food habits. Would help us a lot, will look into your blog.

Thanks

Checked your blog, will keep 1 full day to read it, it has got lots of information. Thanks for sharing.

Often I tend to have a cup of tea once a week or have some cookies, I do have lots of fruits and veggies, but is it ok to have occassionally some tea and cookies to beat the stress.

Also I am a complete vegan now.
