I stayed 3 weeks at Hippocrates (HHI), and in 1 lecture by Dr. Clement, he confessed regreting that not all patients did a SpectraCell test (micronutrient test), because HHI couldn't afford paying for it as part of the program. During admission they recommend doing it but it's not mandatory, and it's not included in the HHI package.
The reason I am mentioning it is that while either the vegan diet plus juicing (which is the HHI way) or the other naturopathic approaches could be working, or not, against the cancer, your husband might be lacking some nutrients either due to diet or to intake of something. So doing one such test could be worthwhile.

That said, natural treatments don't need to be antagonic with conventional treatments. Do the conventional treatments as prescribed, and if the natural ones end up raising his health, the oncologist will be the first to change the conventional protocol to something less taxing on the body.

Thank you so much ! Where can you get micro nutrient test done as obviously something is missing .

Hi Afshan,

Unfortunatly my cancer returned in Aug 17. I had a 5cm tumour on my liver. I had halved my intake of salvestrol at that time.. My oncolgist put me back on treatment. 5FU with avastin. I increased my salvestrol back to1200 points. I also had 6 IV vitamin C treatments. By Feb 18 the tumor was completely gone. I have continued on 5FU since then. Taking occasional breaks.

If your programme is not working you need to tweak it. I believe in the vegan diet. I also eat oily fish once or twice a week for protein. If you can't cut out sugar try to cut back. If you can afford it the IV Vit C certainly won't do any harm.

Best of luck

Joe

Very good news ,God bless you complete recovery!! my husband had fail vitamin C IV at Gerson for 2 weeks , now he take Liposomal Vitamin C , we are looking for local facility here to start IV .how do u keep your blood count healthy with all this chemo, how long you have to be on chemo treatment? We are trying to avoid it for so long , however now seems inevitable with all this pain and suffering, starting with radiation on his rectum !

Hi Afshan,

I'm lucky I live only a 1 hour drive from one of the few IV vitamin c clinics in Europe. I also take proposal vit c. I have had 2 infections in the last year which land me in hospital for 3 or 4 days at a time. I take great care to avoid coughs and colds. I have had 83 chemo sessions over the last 5 and a half years and will continue for the foreseeable future. I exercise vvvigorously a few times a week when possible.

I know how lucky I have been. I have had very little pain and suffering. My oncologist has been amazing.

Turmeric and selenium have proven anti tumour properties so I take them daily.

Has your husband had chemo and if so what chemo has he had?

Regards.....Joe.

https://www.spectracell.com/order/ ; other parts of the SpectraCell website contain more information on the test.

Hi Joe , That’s amazing news ! My husband was on Folifiri fro December 2017 till aug 2018 every 2 weeks , couple of times with avastin which my husband couldn’t tolerate, his tumours were started to grow in liver and rectum! oncologist suggested some clinical trials which didn’t have any promising results, we went for 100% alternative therapy like Gerson protocol, my husband felt better however all of sudden last couple of months he start pain in rectum where he fears tumour is growing or blocking his ability to pass stool comfortably! Since he started Salvestrol last 2 months he has become increasingly gassy and its hurts his bottom A lot ! He will be starting radiation this week to hopefully control some pain
