HB problem because stoma bleeding

my father has permanent stoma from last 1 yr. His stoma offen bleed and beacause of which he needs to do the blood transfusion as HB count goes down. His doc confirmed that there is no internal bleeding but unfortunetly it cann't be determine from where it is happening. All sort of tests has been done but nothing is suspected. does anyone has some kind of issue? Please help / share the information about this.

Hi, I just saw your post from 8-19-14 about bleeding stoma. My dad has the same issue and is anemic. Has had so many transfusions that he can't get anymore due to antibodies. 

He looses a whole colostomy bag of blood sometimes before he can get it stopped.

Did you get any information? we need help! Hope things worked out for your father.
