Sorry to here about your situation. I was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma pancreatic cancer in oct. 2011. I believe you should do all you can do to help yourself by education in standard, and alternative/ holistic health sources. There is alot of information on the web. You can go to american cancer society and learn about your condition and standard  treatments. I believe you need to stay positive and a little bull headed. I'm not all in on our medical doctors, oncologist, fda, big pharma i think some of them should be in prison for genocide. Take care keep the faith and god bless tony

people who have never smoked a day in their lives - end up with lung cancer.

It is understandable to be scared - however a positive attitude - and being hopeful on your part will help more than any medication can. Attitude - a positive one will help you and has helped many people with cancer fight it successfully.

One in two people will develop some form of cancer in their life time -and survival rates in many forms of cancer have increased.  Early detection is another positive thing - which it sounds as if you have had early detection for your particular case.  Take the advice of your oncologist - he is the expert --  stay positive - smile - tomorrow is a better day - and the day after that even more so -take care

Praise God!

Yes, keep your focus on Jesus and His promises. He is with us each and every day holding our hands as we walk this challenging journey. Only He can fill your days with peace and joy.

The Lord's prayer is a powerful prayer - you can not loose. If He grants a mircle you are healed here on earth, if a mircle is not His will for you, you will be with Him in Heaven

Hi Kelly, firstly let me tell you that the type of cancer you have is not nearly as deadly as the cancer other people are talking about which they are surviving.

Yes, lung cancer is a killer eventually but not as fast as pancreatic or head and neck.  Also there are several things you can do to slow this down and it CAN BE STOPPED!

The fact that you are feeling healthy is a VERY good indication, if you were in serious trouble you would be losing weight having trouble breathing, having serious pain etc so this is still in the beginning stages and the possible outcome is very promising with the right treatment.

I am not surprised that you have this even though you have never smoked, see http://cancer.cytoluminator.com/cancer-photodynamic-therapy/

Over 80% of our lung cancer patients never smoked and were never around anyone who smoked.  It is actually caused by a deficiency in n-acetyl-choline which is the surfactant that cleans the lungs.

It can be dealt with safely with no side effects.  Our only side effects are if you have an infection related to it, the treatment kills it.. also if you have any autoimmune disease like diabetes, MSA, Parkinsons, rheumatoid arthritis etc they are cured.

http://cancer.cytoluminator.com/lung-cancer.html this page shows scans from a very advanced stage four lung cancer we put into remission.

If you can come to us we can fix this, if you can not come please contact me anyway using the email on http://cancer.cytoluminator.com/contact.html and I can give you some free advice on things to do to get better.

I am sorry you are dealing with this scary situation, my father died from it and when my mother was dying of cancer she made me promise here I would not stop working on this until I found a complete cure for the condition that killed my parents.  We are getting very close, I believe we are by far the best in the world.

I have something similar to you. I had a dozen nodules on my lungs and Arimidex starved them all. My lungs are clear. I have bone cancer but I am still running 5 kms. Non smoker blah blah, cancer is a mystery. Find a kinder doctor, having faith in your doc is important. I am 57 and a 4 time cancer survivor. You will be fine. Xxxxxxx

I had a very good friend, only 39 years old, who I worked with.  She was having a pain in her shoulder which we thought was a work injury.  She went to PT with Worker's Comp, it didn't get better, so they did a scan and she had Stage 4 lung cancer, spread to the bones, like yours.   She never smoked, or drank, was fit and healthy.   Statistics show non-smoking cancer is on the rise.  I am sorry you have this disease.    Be sure to face the reality of things, and don't ignore your diagnosis.

I know.  I didn't mean it that way.  I just saw a family distraught and broken because they never did enough research and never faced a Stage IV cancer diagnosis ---  its an aggressive cancer that only has a chance to be beat if you face it square on and fight ---  I lost my husband to colon cancer in 2012, I know how disheartening it can be to hear that a loved one has Stage IV cancer -- its so unreal and it just seems like its happening to someone else, he was too upset to face things so I had to take charge of all that, as someone needs to do for you -- its a battle, but together we fought hard --- my prayers are with you, and I didn't mean to cause any hurt or pain.   This site is a wonderful place for information and support.  My husband could never have done all that he did had I not joined the colon cancer section of this site -- it was a miracle.

Are you saying you can cure Stage 4 lung cancer spread to the bone?    If so, I will contact you, I have a friend in that situation, aside from all those that are here.  I also lost a good friend in the same situation.   This sounds like a miracle that medical doctors are now aware of.   Thank you for sharing.

I guess my next question is, is it affordable?  Do you have to leave the US for this treatment?   Do you give up traditional chemotherapy, and how do you pay for this?
