Hello, I am new here and have been doing lots of research for my mom who was diagnosed 2 and a half years ago with breast cancer and bone mets. We have been doing lots of natural healing and I was wondering if anyone had tried carrot juicing? I have been talking to a lady and a man that juiced 5 pound of carrots a day and they both healed there 2 different types of cancer! My mom started juicing carrots about 7 weeks ago and she now has started to experience some bone aches and stiffness just wondering if anyone else had tried this and experienced the same thing, I am wondering if it might be a flare up before the cancer regress well that's what we are hoping! :)

I'm sorry your mother is not feeling well.  There is no scientific evidence whatsoever to support Ms. Cameron's and Mr. Cole's claim that carrot juice cures cancer.

Carrots probably won't cure your mom's cancer. But if she believes in it and it gives her hope, then why not? But the pain is probably not because it's regressing.

So sorry to hear that. I hope she feels better soon. no scientific evidence for that but the placebo effect is powerful. As long as she really believes.

Hi Sweepea4, My husband was diagnose with Stage IV cancer that had spread to lymphnodes, and bones.  He was about to start chemo with a dr given to him by the hospital.  We went to start chemo.  I asked the dr should he change anything in his diet, he said "no."  I told my husband we need to find another dr.  We contacted Cancer Treatment of America but had a week and a half before the appointment.  I had come across several articles about carrot juicing.  I started that right away.  He was tested in March, 2015 initially and officially diagnosed in May, 2015.  Our first oncology appointment was June 1, 2015.

So, we juiced from June 1 to June 11, 2015.  On June 15, 2015 we went over the PET report.  The initial mass in his lung found in March was 2.3 in size, on 6-15-15, it had reduced to 2.0.  The tumor in his chest wall "stopped" growing, there had been three spots on his spine and two were completed gone.  The lympnodes in his chest area became "stablized."  The mass quickly grew from March to May and the dr was surprised to see the change in documented medical results.

His CEA was 504 prior to the juicing and at 548 when blood was drawn on June 1, 2015.  The dr hadn't asked for CEA results when we arrived to CTCA but will make the request after his 6th round of chemo.

What had changed was the addition of continued prayer and the carrot juice with kale/spinach and ginger root.  It is suggested 5 lbs a day, we came as close to it each day as much as he could tolerate. My husband "did" get pain when I added the ginger root to the concotion but he felt better.  Ginger is said to cause the cancer cells to commit "suicide."

We have continued with the juicing and he is getting chemo, with very few side effects.

We've brought his diet to as "raw" as possible getting rid of as much refined sugar as possible.

I am praying for you and mom!

Keep Hope alive.

Too much of anything will kill you, take care in how much u try to take daily .

I hope you can still see my comment . I’m here asking for my husband about carrot juicing for his bone mets. Did carrot actually cured your husband’s mets ? The two spots that you’ve mentioned ! How is he right now ? I will be very thankful to see your reply ! Thanks
