I am just updating my own post, and I am guessing Scott is the only one out there trying Cannabis Oil (RSO-type oil) as a first line effort.

We had his first scan post-therapy (he started a few weeks ago) and the results were hard to believe.  I don't know if this will help anyone else, but these are the facts.

Since his last scan 25 days ago, Scott's Liver metastasis has almost completely disappeared.

The doctor's are floored by the results; they said that they really never see this kind of thing without chemo or radiation, and certainly never this quickly.  We don't know what to think, but we are so very hopeful and I wanted to let all of those with cancer to know.  Cancer.gov "" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://Cancer.gov " target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Cancer.gov has a lot about this treatment, (not the about the oil in particular, but cannabis and cannabinoids and its potential effects on cancer).

We an appt with Scott's oncologist Sept 3rd to discuss the scan results in more detail.

Please let me know if you want more info.

Husband has stage 1V esophageal cancer with mets to the lung (s). What kind of Cannabis oil are you using and what is the dose and how often per day. Thank you so much.

Nancy

To fight cancer you need high THC and CBD, just CBD will not do it, CBD from hemp IS used medincinally and is just as effective for most conditions, BUT for cancer you need the RSO type extracted oil, whole plant extraction thc and cbd

Where can a person get RSO. We live close to the Rez and I haven't heard of anyone who is getting it/making it. Can a person make it at home and if yes where would one find the procedure and amounts and general tips to get the best result. Thank you ANYONE out there. My husband has stage 1V esophageal with mets to the lungs. He is still up and about and says the tiredness and the sick feeling from the chemo is his only complaint so far.

Is anyone else out there trying to use cannabis oil as the exclusive treatment for a Stage IV Cancer?

I am interested to know of any results--anything...good, bad or insignificant. it would be so very appreciated to get some real stories. I would love to hear some experiences of others who have used explored the cannabis options is states where it's legal.

Since cannabis became legal in Colorado, I am sure someone must be taking a shot at it.

My husband is one and half weeks into the Cannabis Oil therapy, and he is completely holding off of chemotherapy until he gives this treatment a chance. He will be closely monitored by his Oncologist during this time.

We have absolutely no fantasies of a miracle cure-so we will be just a shocked as anyone else if it works.  We would be so grateful to get some thoughts on this from Cancer Patients and Caregivers.

Yes!  My husband has Stage IV Prostate Cancer that has metastesized to his bones.  He is 77 and has always said, "If I ever get cancer I AM NOT going to have that nasty chemo and radiation and have no quality of life!  He got diagnosed Feb 14, 2018, started the Cannabis Oil on March 18.  His PSA was 33.2 at diagnosis, then after the biopsy (which he should never have had!  Because now we feel that the biopsy spreads the cancer cells all over!!??) Anyhow, after the biopsy his numbers went up to 64.  Then in another month we had another PSA test and his numbers went up to 91.2??  He is taking the oil, following a vegetarian diet, juicing carrots, beets, greens and ginger......all good cancer fighters!  All three doctors......the GP, the Urologist, and the Oncologist all want to know how much pain he is having.  He has never had any pain!!!  Is it the Cannabis that's keeping the pain away??  Or did it start healing him right away and that has kept the pain away??  He still has to go pee quite often, and it is really bothersome at night, but no pain when peeing either!  We are Christians so he knows where he is going if he dies, and I totally agree with all the natural methods.......I would do the same thing if it were me!!  It has been three months since he started taking the oil and they say you "usually" get healed in about 90 days.  The only thing that we are concerned about is how do we know when he is healed??  Some people go and have another CT Scan and a full body Bone Scan, but we understand that you are getting around 500 times the amount of radiation as getting a chest exray!  And we have read that the PSA test is not reliable.  Our Oncologist is not very helpful so I don't know if she would call for any tests or not, she just seemed lost when we told her what we were doing.  Do you or anyone out there know of a test of some kind that does not give you radiation where we can track his progress??  I hope this is helpful to you, and best wishes on this cancer journey.  Mary T. from Sun City, AZ.

So sorry to hear this. I have a friend whose husband was diagnosed with cancer years ago. Along with surgery, they tried several alternatives. They used CBD oil, Cesium Chloride, and Diet Change. He did have some issues with weight loss at the time but is now 15yrs later cancer free. Not sure which alternative helped the most but I do know it worked.

My wife’s father was diagnosed formally yesterday of stage 4 Mets cancer, from the lung to the kidneys, bones, etc. He didn’t want chemo anyway but the doctors said it wasn’t an option at this far advanced. We started him on CBD/THC a few weeks before he was diagnosed, and had him on a tincture, which didn’t seem to do anything for him - though it did lower his BP. Now we have him on a thick oil of thc & cbd. We are hoping we are not too late. We’re a bit lost on how much to give him to make the cancer die, we are giving him about the size of a grain of rice 3 or 4 times a Day now. I was wondering too, if dead cancer cells come out of his urine, because there’s sediment or something happening there. Any additional advice or encouraging success stories would be so awesome right now!

Hi all,

I am just checking out my cancercompass and it has been a while.  I don't remember what I was thinking way back when I posted twice about the same thing. I must have had a reason, but it has escape me in the interim years since Scott's diagnosis. I think it may have been because of the topic name; that I wanted it to be clear that I was hoping to get someone else's experience rather than just make the statement.

Anyway, my real point is to say that a whole bunch of posts can be found on the other thread that I had started way back in August 2015. This tread includes a lot of interesting info from others, as well as a series of updates detailing, in realtime, Scott's cancer journey.

The topic name for that thread is below, and it includes large amounts of helpful info from other cancer patients and loved ones.

Stage IV Colon Cancer-THC Cannabis Oil Therapy

It also details, in realtime, Scott's entire cancer journey, including our failed chemotherapy and radiation efforts, as well as the incorporation of Cannabis Oils and then the miracle of Helixor M(Mistletoe Extract). It includes information on everything Scott has done to fight his cancer. Scott is still alive and kicking over 3 and 1/2 after his initial diagnosis, andwe are totally confident that we will be victorious.

This confidencecould be misplaced because new FDA regulations have made it illegal to ship Helixor into the US, which obviously creates a major hurdle for Scott.
