I am posting about my wife, I will give a summary of her journey and then explain the cross roads that we face at this very moment. Any information, past-present experiences, success stories-negative dealings, opinions of the facility and treatments listed will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any follow up posts. September of 2014 my wife was diagnosed with a very rare form of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Colon-Rectal region of her body with signs of metastasis to her liver and some lymph node involvement-Stage IV. She immediately started on chemotherapy and radiation therapy. After these treatments a follow up scan was done in late November 2014, no signs of the cancer remained. A 3 month follow up scan showed that the metastasis to the liver had returned with a vengeance, a new spot showed on a Kidney, but Dr.'s advised that it was a different form of non aggressive cancer. She underwent surgery in July 2015, a little over 50% of her liver was removed a long with her gal bladder and a wedge of the kidney with the different form of cancer. Post op follow up scan was done in November 2015, no signs of cancer. This brings us to our current situation, she had a scan in December 2015 & again February 2, 2016. The most recent scan showed that 2 lymph nodes near the liver had doubled in size in 2 months, cancer is back and is very aggressive. Her Dr. Has told her that she needs to do a rigorous round of very strong chemotherapy with the risk of serious side effects, i.e.: hearing loss, kidney failure just to name few. The chances that this chemo would slow down this cancer is only in the 20-25% area. My wife is not wanting to do the chemotherapy.. Research has lead us to Chipsa Hospital in Mexico. The treatments would include the Coley Toxins, Gerson Therapy etc.. Anyone with knowledge, experience and/or information please respond. One last thing. Which is a major problem for us is the cost, we have been given a price quote for a minimum of 3 weeks in house/in patient treatment at a cost of $27,000.00. Does anyone have any past experience in ways of obtaining life saving financial assistance from outside sources. ANY HELP, GUIDANCE, ADVICE would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE RESPOND

Hello.  I recently joined this group and am sorry if no one felt able to give a response.

Unfortunately, I have no idea about that hospital, plus that fee is a lot.  I can say that if I were diagnosed with stage IV cancer and had the financial means and did not know about Protocel, I would check with Camelot Cancer Care in Tulsa to see whether they could treat the type of cancer I would be dealing with.  They're costs might get to the low tens of thousands after several rounds, but they are in the US and have done well for many advanced stage patients.  Since I know about Protocel, I would try that first (I have a bottle in my medicine cabinet).  We all have cancer cells in us, it is just that for many, the body is keeping the situation under control.  I have not been diagnosed, but I read a lot and decided a few years ago to test myself by using Protocel for 18 months while having my doctor monitor my bloodwork. I liked what I saw over that time frame (at least fewer colds, lower bad cholesterol and higher good cholesterol).  When my mom told me she found a lump... I gave her the unopened bottle of Protocel that I had and had her listen to the testimonials on the CD that accompanied Outsmart Your Cancer.  It's been over two years for her now, and so far all of her thermograms indicate that she has nothing to worry about (I haven't been able to convince her yet to have the lump removed- only after using modified citrus pectin for an appropriate time- and even though it doesn't belong there, she won't have it removed).  Both of us have spoken to Elonna McGibbon, who used Protocel after surgery for Glioblastoma and has outlived her doctor's expiration date by over 25 years.  I recommend that every adult try Protocel before being in a stressful situation.  It won't hurt you, and it could help greatly.  It is also relatively inexpensive for what it can do.  I really hope this information is useful for your wife.

I hope your wife is well.

Just for future reference... There is a new website with information about the Mexican clinics, including costs and reviews from previous patients. https://healnavigator.com/

All the best
