Yesterday we went to what we thought would be a great oncologist visit to hear my husband was cancer free, only to be told the chemo wasn't working and that he now has several large tumours in his liver. He has already had chemo. Radiation, surgery to remove original tumour from his rectum, lymph nodes and liver in February. Then a further 18 weeks of oxiiplatin and capecitabine We were basically told he is now terminal and without further treatment won't make it until Christmas. We are starting a new regimen of treatment today, irinotecan, Bevacizumab and fluororacil. Has anyone been on the treatment and had success, also any information on alternative therapies or supplements would be appreciated
